Miklós Richárd Nagy and Ábrahám Kovács came to real estate from finance, and have been working in the market since 2012. Every project is assessed the way a portfolio position is assessed: location, build quality, payment structure and long-term value. That method still decides what we put in front of a client.

The brand
HEAVEN. brings it under one roof.
What had been separate strands of work — brokerage, rental management, legal and residency — became one organisation under the HEAVEN. name, so a client deals with one team instead of four.

Consulting it handles company formation, bank accounts, Emirates ID, visa and Golden Visa processing, wills and legal representation, and through HEAVEN. Livings it runs short-term rentals. One dedicated advisor works with you from Dubai or Budapest, in English or Hungarian.
What doesn’t HEAVEN. Properties do?
We don’t make lending decisions: we introduce you to banks and brokers, and the decision and terms stay with the lender. We don’t promise a visa or residency outcome, because governments set and revise those programmes; we confirm the current conditions case by case. We don’t put a deal in front of you unchecked: every deal passes a quality-assurance review first. And we don’t stop at the sale: rentals, resale and management continue after handover.
